1. The service

Tivariz connects people who need a service with independent local professionals. Tivariz is a discovery and communication platform: professionals are not our employees, and agreements for work are made directly between you and the professional. The app is currently in development and preparing for public launch; features may change before and after launch.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use account features.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
• You may terminate your account at any time from the app; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, and no harassment of other users.
• No false profiles, misleading service claims, or impersonation.
• No automated scraping, bulk messaging, or interference with the service.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these rules. Where a suspension affects you, we will state the reason in the app.

4. Content

You keep ownership of the content you post (profiles, messages, reviews) and grant us the license needed to display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by professionals, and we are not a party to agreements between users. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently nothing) in the twelve months before a claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The Arabic text governs if the two languages differ.
