Delete your Tivariz account

You can delete your account and the data stored in it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

From inside the app (fastest)

Open Profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm with your password. The deletion takes effect immediately.

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email.

Send the request from the email address on the account.

We reply to that account's email address to confirm before we act. Requests are completed within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, the following is removed:

Your login email address and password are erased.
Your name is removed and your phone number is cleared.
A professional profile is anonymised: bio, location, service area and contact details are removed, and the profile stops appearing in search.
Push-notification tokens and any queued email are deleted.
Anything remaining is purged within 30 days.

If your account is subject to an active legal hold, the record is retained until that hold is released, as required by law.
