Tivariz is a mobile application that helps people find and contact local professionals. It is currently in development and preparing for public launch. This policy explains what information we collect from people who create an account, how we use it, and how you can reach us.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, username, and password (stored hashed) when you register.
• Profile details you choose to add, such as a display name, service category, and service area.
• Approximate location, only when you use nearby search, to show professionals around you.
• Messages and quote requests you exchange through the app.

Email notifications

We send email only in response to your account activity:

• Registration verification codes.
• Password reset codes you request.
• Quote and account activity related to actions you took.
• Important account-security notices, such as a password change confirmation.

We do not send unsolicited email, and we never use purchased, rented, or scraped email lists. Recipients are only addresses registered in the app by their owners. Addresses that hard-bounce or mark our mail as spam are automatically excluded from future sending.

How we use your information

• To operate the service: matching searches to nearby professionals, delivering messages and quotes.
• To secure accounts: verification, password resets, and abuse prevention.
• We do not sell your personal information or your email address to anyone.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. If you terminate your account, it can be reactivated within 30 days; after that it is scheduled for removal. Records needed for security or legal obligations may be kept longer.

We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the date at the top.
